It takes far fewer resources to restore a structure than to demolish one and
replace it. On average we save over 100 tons of debris from the land fill every
year, much of which gets re-purposed. During our historically sensitive
demolition process we typically recycle 50 to 80 percent of a structure.

During the dismantling process all materials are separated and recycled /
re-purposed in the appropriate fashion (i.e. metal, brick, stone, lumber).
